As the exhaust gases may contain chemicals, it is essential to select corrosion-resistant materials that can resist corrosion, such as stainless steel.

Design parameters: The design parameters of the heat exchanger should take into account the temperature and flow rate of the exhaust gas and the cooling effect that needs to be achieved. This helps to determine the size of the heat exchanger and the heat exchange surface area.

Cleaning performance: Particles or deposits may be present in the exhaust gases from the paint spray, so the cleaning performance of the heat exchanger needs to be considered. A design that is easy to clean and maintain will help extend the life of the equipment.

Heat exchange media: Select a suitable cooling media to ensure that it can effectively cool down under operating conditions and that it is environmentally friendly.
