  1. Reference operating conditions for the heating coil of the air-conditioning cabinet:

    Example 1: Unit model: ZK120A, unit installation size 2290*2075; air volume 36000CMH, heating capacity: 567KW, inlet air temperature: -22 degrees Celsius, heat source: 0.3Mpa saturated steam.

    Example 2: Unit model: ZK120A, unit installation size 2290*2075; air volume 36000CHM, inlet air temperature: -22 degrees Celsius, outlet air temperature 25 degrees Celsius; heat source: 0.3Mpa saturated steam.

    Example 3: Unit model: ZK120A, unit installation size 2290*2075; air volume 36000CHM, preheating: 285KW, reheating: 282Kw, inlet air temperature: -22 degrees Celsius; heat source: 0.3Mpa saturated steam.


    2. Reference working condition of radiator of coating machine:

    Example 1: Coating machine production line size: 28000*2000*500, the production line is divided into 7 sections. 7 sets of drying systems are used, the air supply volume of each system is 5000m³/h, the heating capacity of each set is 80,000 kcal, the working temperature is 150 degrees Celsius, thermal cycle, heat source: 260 degrees Celsius heat transfer oil.

    9. Reference working condition of radiator for electroplating drying line:

    Example 1: Electroplating paint drying furnace production line 24*3.8*2.8m³, working temperature 150 degrees Celsius, divided into two systems for air supply and heating, each set of air supply volume is 13000m³/h, hot air circulation, circulation volume is about 50%, heat source: 250 degrees Celsius heat transfer oil.

    Example 1: paper threading air supply: air volume: 10947kg/h, air inlet temperature: 20 degrees Celsius, outlet temperature: 70 degrees Celsius, heat source: condensed water at 110 degrees Celsius;

    Front cadre air supply: air volume 59912kg/h, inlet air temperature: 55 degrees Celsius, outlet air temperature: 105 degrees Celsius, heat source: 0.5Mpa steam;

    12. Reference working condition of radiator for sausage drying room:

    Example 1: The size of the sausage drying room: 9000*5000*4000, the circulation fan is 10000m³/h, and 3 fans are arranged on the rear side to supply air at the bottom and the top to return air. The working temperature is 65 degrees Celsius, and the heat source is 0.5Mpa steam.


    13. Reference working conditions for rice noodle dryer radiators:

    Example 1: Tunnel furnace drying, the whole line is divided into 12 ovens, there are single-layer and chopped (5-layer, 7-layer and 10-layer), each section is 3000*4000*1800, each section is equipped with a set of fan and radiator, The air volume is about 5000m³/h per section, and the working temperature is about 70 degrees Celsius for rice noodles and 80-90 degrees Celsius for noodles. The heat source is generally 0.5Mpa steam. The radiator is installed at the top to send air downward and return air at the bottom.


    14. Reference working condition of latex glove drying radiator:

    Example 1: Latex glove production line: 120m*1.7m*1.65m; air volume: 8288~16576m³/h, hot air circulation, divided into 3 systems for heating; working temperature: 150 degrees Celsius; heat source: heat transfer oil at 240 degrees Celsius.


    15. Reference working conditions for furniture surface paint drying room radiator:

    Example 1: furniture surface paint drying room, site line drying, radiator and fan ceiling installed above the site line, evenly distributed above each site line of the paint drying room, each radiator is equipped with a fan, the air volume of the fan is about 4000m³/h, the working temperature is about 45 degrees Celsius, and the heat source is 0.2Mpa steam.


    16. Reference operating conditions for boiler exhaust gas recovery radiators:

    Example 1: 2 tons of boiler exhaust heat recovery, flue gas heating tap water, exhaust gas volume 2400m³/h, exhaust gas temperature: 280 degrees Celsius, after heat recovery by economizer, exhaust gas temperature drops to 130 degrees Celsius, and the recovered heat is used to heat tap water at normal temperature (about 30 degrees Celsius) to 80 degrees Celsius. Please design the air radiator and calculate the water flow.
