Principle of Operation:


Refrigerant circulation:

The evaporator of a rush freezer is cooled by refrigerant circulation.

The refrigerant flows from the compressor into the evaporator and enters the evaporator pipe.

When the refrigerant enters the evaporator, it absorbs heat from the surface of the object, which causes the temperature of the object to drop rapidly.


Heat Absorption:

The evaporator tubes and fins are exposed to the air surrounding the object to be cooled.

These components absorb heat from the surface of the object by means of heat transfer.

The absorbed heat causes the refrigerant to change from a liquid to a gaseous state, which causes the surface temperature of the object to drop rapidly.


Rapid Freezing:

The evaporator of a rapid freezer is designed for fast freezing.

Through efficient heat transfer and refrigerant circulation, the temperature of the object can be rapidly reduced to the desired temperature in a very short period of time.


The cycle is repeated:

After the refrigerant has completed its heat absorption in the evaporator, it is compressed again by the compressor into a liquid state.

This process repeats itself, continuously keeping the object in a low temperature state, achieving rapid freezing and long-term preservation of freshness.
