A standard 40 kW dry cooler has been successfully delivered for use in an immersion liquid cooling system for cryptocurrency mining operations. The unit is designed to provide stable, energy-efficient heat rejection for dielectric cooling fluids, ensuring continuous and reliable operation of high-density mining equipment.

Immersion cooling is increasingly adopted in modern mining farms to address the high heat flux generated by ASIC miners. By submerging mining hardware in dielectric liquid, heat is transferred efficiently to a secondary cooling loop, where a dry cooler rejects the heat to ambient air.
In this project, a standardized 40 kW air-cooled dry cooler was selected to balance performance, delivery speed, and cost efficiency while meeting the thermal demands of a medium-scale immersion mining setup.
Cooling capacity: 40 kW
Application: Immersion liquid cooling for crypto miners
Cooling medium: Dielectric fluid / secondary water or glycol loop
Heat rejection method: Air-cooled dry cooling (no water consumption)
Fans: EC or AC axial fans for continuous operation
Design type: Outdoor, roof-mounted or ground-installed
The standard configuration allows rapid deployment without custom engineering, making it suitable for fast-expanding mining operations.
The delivery of a standard 40 kW dry cooler for immersion liquid cooling in mining applications demonstrates a practical and efficient approach to thermal management in modern crypto mining. With water-free operation, reliable performance, and rapid deployment, this solution supports stable mining operations while controlling both capital and operating costs.
