The heated air carries away the heat from the tubes, cooling the liquid inside.

Cooling Effect:

As the liquid passes through the dry cooler, it releases heat into the air and becomes cooler.

The now-cooled liquid is then pumped back into the immersion tanks to absorb more server heat, completing the cooling cycle.
