Dry Cooler for Plastic Injection Moulding Machines Free Cooling System
Working Principle: Normally, the flow in the tube is glycol solution, which is cooled naturally by dry cooler through heat exchange with outdoor cold air to obtain cold quantity. Then the low-temperature glycol solution is sent into the cooling part of the injection molding machine by the circulating pump to absorb the heat generated by the injection molding machine, and then flows back to the dry cooler to cool again, so the cycle repeats to achieve the purpose of cooling for the injection molding machine.
Advantages:
Good energy-saving effect: it can make full use of the outdoor natural cold source, when the outdoor temperature is low, it can directly cool the glycol solution through the dry cooler, which reduces or eliminates the need of compressor refrigeration and reduces the energy consumption.

Design Points: The cooling capacity of the dry cooler needs to be determined according to the power and heat generation of the injection molding machine to ensure that it can meet the cooling demand of the injection molding machine. At the same time, to consider the installation space, choose the appropriate size and structure.
