Advanced Laser Welding Technology

Fully automated fiber laser welding delivers leak-tight seals, high pressure resistance (up to 100 bar), and vacuum integrity (leak rate <10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s). No thermal deformation, minimal maintenance.

Pillow Plate Design for Maximum Efficiency

Two plates are laser-welded and inflated to form uniform turbulent flow channels. This “pillow” structure enhances heat transfer by 20–30% vs. traditional plate exchangers, reduces fouling, and enables easy CIP cleaning.
