A power generation company has two C700 Ingersoll Rand 670kW and one C400 Ingersoll Rand 370kW centrifugal air compressors, and the units run continuously for 24 hours. The specific process is as follows:
Pre-heater: absorbs the waste heat of the cooling water of the primary and secondary compression of the compressor.
Waste heat recovery machine: absorbs the waste heat of high temperature compressed air produced by three-stage compression.
Heat exchange: hot water is generated by heat exchange through water-water heat exchange and air-water heat exchange.
After the transformation, users can set the constant temperature water production according to the use demand, and the water temperature is adjustable in the range of 50~80℃. The hot water is stored to the holding tank through the insulated pipeline, and when the user needs hot water, the hot water is supplied by the storage tank for hot water to be used in the workshop cleaning machine.
