CSTHEATEXCHANGER has recently completed the design, production and delivery of 1000kW modular dry coolers, which are professionally deployed on the top of containerized data centers to serve as the core outdoor heat rejection equipment. This project further expands our product application in edge computing, modular data center and containerized IT infrastructure sectors, delivering high-efficiency, space-saving and reliable cooling solutions for mission-critical data center operations.
Containerized data centers are widely favored for their fast deployment, flexible expansion and compact footprint. However, they face prominent cooling challenges: high heat density from IT servers, limited installation space on container rooftops, strict requirements for continuous stable operation, low noise and energy conservation. Targeted at the client’s cooling load and on-site installation conditions, our R&D and engineering team tailored the 1000kW modular dry coolers specifically for rooftop mounting. Adopting a compact modular design, the units feature a streamlined overall structure that perfectly fits the limited rooftop space of containerized data centers, enabling easy hoisting, installation and later disassembly or capacity expansion. Built with premium anti-corrosion metal tubes and optimized louvered fins, these dry coolers deliver excellent sensible heat transfer performance. All fan assemblies are configured with energy-saving and low-noise motors, equipped with intelligent speed regulation function. The system automatically adjusts fan speed according to ambient temperature and real-time heat load, effectively reducing power consumption and operating noise while maintaining optimal cooling efficiency. Every unit undergoes strict pressure testing, air tightness inspection and full-load running tests before delivery, to guarantee stable performance under long-term 24/7 continuous operation.
