Our boiler economizer is ok to use for steam boiler or hot water boiler, with 32 finned tube for each pipes. If boiler pressure less than 2.5Mpa, we shall make into cast iron economizer. When higher than 2.5Mpa, we shall make it into steel type economizer.
Economizer shall be installed in the boiler end to reduce outlet gas temperature, save energy, improve boiler heat efficiency, save coal and costs.
One 10ton/h coal fired steam boiler, after installed with the 10T/H boiler economizer, the outlet temperature shall reduce from 210℃ to 150 ℃ or less. The boiler efficiency shall improve at least 5%, save coal 1.44T per day and save cost $50000 per year!
