All Aluminum Heat Exchanger
A lighter evaporator coil.
Better corrosion resistance, because the current material balance is better.
More cost-effective heat exchanger.
Aluminum as a material has a lot of benefits. Cost, weight, corrosion and heat transfer.
The all-aluminum system improves the current balance of the material, has better corrosion resistance and less heat transfer performance during use.
A more important point that is beneficial to aluminum tubes is its resistance to formic acid corrosion.
Formic acid corrosion only occurs in copper-based alloys. Aluminum is not affected by it. Therefore, replacing copper with aluminum has the dual benefit of reducing initial raw material costs and reducing warranty costs.
* Our aluminum tube coils fit 95% of standard AC units, freezers, and refrigeration equipment. We offer custom sizes.
* Withstands -40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 82°C), making it suitable for both cold storage and high-temperature industrial use.
* Our engineering team works closely with customers’ engineering team to select an optimum design to offer cost effective product to meet their performance.
