High heat exchange efficiency: Laser welding results in extremely low weld thermal resistance (≤0.0005 m²・K/W), far lower than that of expansion joints (0.001-0.003 m²・K/W) and brazing (0.0008-0.002 m²・K/W), leading to smoother heat transfer and a 15%-30% increase in heat exchange efficiency.


Strong weather resistance: The absence of gaps between the fins and the base tube avoids "crack corrosion" (a common problem with traditional expansion joints), and the dense weld seam can withstand high temperatures, high pressures, and vibrations, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions.
