An adiabatic dry cooler is an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for rejecting heat from industrial processes, data centers, HVAC systems, and power equipment. By combining air cooling with adiabatic pre-cooling, it ensures high performance even during the hottest seasons while keeping water consumption low.
This adiabatic dry cooler is engineered for medium-to-large cooling loads where stable performance, compact footprint, and reduced operating cost are priorities. It integrates high-efficiency EC/AC axial fans, microchannel or copper–aluminum fin coil blocks, and an adiabatic spray or pad system that pre-cools the incoming air.
Key Specifications
Flow Rate | 52 m³/hr |
Cooling Capacity | 300 kW |
These specifications make the unit suitable for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments.
How the Adiabatic System Works
During high ambient temperature conditions, the adiabatic system activates and reduces the temperature of incoming air by evaporating a fine water mist or flowing water through evaporative pads. This lowers the air’s dry-bulb temperature before it reaches the coils, significantly improving heat rejection.
Benefits of the Adiabatic Operation
Increased cooling capacity during peak summer temperatures
Reduced fan power consumption due to enhanced heat transfer
Lower water consumption compared to traditional evaporative coolers
Stable outlet temperature for precise process or equipment cooling
Extended equipment lifespan through reduced thermal stress
