What is an FNH Air-Cooled Condenser

The FNV air-cooled condenser is a heat dissipation device designed for Freon refrigeration equipment, utilizing air for cooling.

Structural Features: The FNV model employs a top-blowing airflow design, featuring a large frontal surface area and excellent heat exchange efficiency. Its outer casing is constructed from high-quality steel plate with a powder-coated finish, ensuring corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The coil utilizes staggered copper tubing, mechanically expanded to tightly adhere to aluminum fins, delivering high heat transfer efficiency.

Technical Parameters: The FNV condenser is available in multiple models, covering heat dissipation capacities from 6kW to 227kW. Compatible with refrigerants including R134a, R404a, R507a, and R407c, it allows adjustment of condensing pressure through variable fan configurations. External rotor motors are available to reduce operational noise.

Applications: Widely used in refrigeration industry cold storage projects, agricultural food processing, restaurants, chemical plants, and other fields. Can be integrated into larger condensing units or equipped with water spray devices for auxiliary cooling.

Product Advantages: Products undergo 2.8MPa air tightness testing and system blowdown treatment, ensuring reliable quality and stable operation under various conditions. They provide efficient condensing and heat dissipation capabilities for refrigeration systems.
