The working principle of the industrial air cooled dehumidifier is to draw the humid air into the inside of the machine through the fan, and then through the heat exchange system, the moisture in the air will condense into water droplets, and then the processed dry air will be discharged out of the machine, so as to circulate to reduce the relative humidity of the air.

Industrial Air Cooled Dehumidifier mainly consists of compressor, heat exchanger, fan, water tank, shell and controller and other components. Among them, the compressor is the core component of the air cooled dehumidifier, its role is to compress the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, promote the refrigerant in the refrigeration system circulation; heat exchanger is to enter the air cooled dehumidifier air and refrigerant heat exchange, so that the moisture in the air condensed into water droplets; the role of the fan is to inhale moist air into the interior of the air cooled dehumidifier and will be processed after the exhaust of dry air; water box is used to collect the water droplets produced during the dehumidification process.
