This system is designed for large-scale washing plants, featuring continuous folding and drying production lines and integrated linen ironing and drying machines. Installed at the front end of the equipment's air inlet duct, it utilizes a multi-row series arrangement of finned tube coils. Saturated steam heat exchange continuously produces constant-temperature hot air at 85℃~110℃. This hot air permeates the entire production line, enabling continuous and uninterrupted drying of bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, tablecloths, and other linens, suitable for large-scale production of tens of thousands of sets of linens per day.
Tube Bundle Arrangement: 3-4 rows of finned tubes are staggered and connected in series, increasing air turbulence and improving heat exchange efficiency. The air ducts are fully distributed, ensuring uniform outlet air temperature without localized low temperatures.
Fin Selection:
Fin Pitch: 7-9mm large-pitch fins, reducing the likelihood of lint and fluff clogging in washing environments and minimizing downtime for cleaning.
Base Tube: Seamless carbon steel/304 stainless steel tube; Fins: Aluminum fins/304 stainless steel fins. For high-humidity environments, a full stainless steel corrosion-resistant configuration is preferred.
Piping Configuration: Steam inlet on one side and centralized water collection on the bottom, equipped with an external steam trap to promptly drain condensate, preventing water hammer and heat exchange attenuation, and ensuring stable temperature.
Frame: Galvanized/stainless steel frame, flanged air duct connection, easy on-site disassembly and assembly, convenient for maintenance and dust removal.
