The Working Principle of Cold Storage Cooler

The main function of the cold storage evaporator is to blow low temperature air into the inside of the cold storage through the circulation of refrigerant to reduce the temperature inside the storage. At the same time, it can also exhaust the hot air inside the warehouse to keep the temperature inside the warehouse constant. This plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of stored items, extending storage time and improving storage efficiency. Specifically, the role of the cold storage evaporator includes:

1. lowering the temperature: through the refrigerant in the evaporator to absorb heat, the low temperature air will be blown into the inside of the cold storage, so as to reduce the temperature inside the storage.

2. Excluding hot air: In the process of lowering the temperature inside the warehouse, the hot air inside the warehouse will be discharged to prevent the heat from accumulating inside the warehouse and affecting the quality of the stored goods.

3. Keeping the temperature constant: through the automatic adjustment of the refrigeration system, the temperature inside the cold storage is kept within the set range to ensure that the stored items are kept under suitable temperature conditions.

The working principle of the cold storage evaporator is based on the refrigeration cycle. The refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator and evaporates into a gaseous state, then the gaseous refrigerant is compressed by the compressor into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then passes through the condenser to dissipate heat, discharging the heat, and the refrigerant turns back into a liquid state. The liquid refrigerant is depressurised through a throttling device and enters the evaporator again to complete a refrigeration cycle. In this process, the evaporator will take away the heat absorbed by the refrigerant in the evaporator to form low-temperature air, which is blown into the inside of the cold storage to reduce the temperature inside the storage.
