Working Principle

Steam generation and delivery: First, steam is generated by steam boilers or steam generators, which heat water to high temperatures and convert it into steam, and then the steam is transported to the drying equipment or drying room through pipelines, which may be pressure-regulated and temperature-regulated during the delivery process to meet the drying demand.

Heat Transfer: Inside the drying equipment, the steam enters the steam heating coil. The steam heating coil is usually tubular or disc-shaped, hot steam flows in the coil, transferring heat to the drying air or directly to the product to be dried, so that the temperature inside the drying equipment rises, prompting the evaporation of water in the product, thus realizing the purpose of drying.

Condensate discharge: After completing the heat transfer, the steam cools and loses part of its heat, becoming condensate. This condensate can be discharged from the equipment for disposal or recycled to save water resources.
