Stainless Steel Evaporator Coil Replace Copper in Ducted Air Conditioning Unit

This is a drop-in replacement evaporator coil designed for ducted AHU / ducted split air conditioning systems. It adopts full stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316) tube-fin structure to replace conventional copper tube + aluminum fin coils.

Main use: ducted AC units operating in corrosive, high humidity, coastal, industrial or food processing environments where copper coils suffer rapid corrosion, pinhole leakage and short service life.

Working Principle

Low-pressure liquid refrigerant flows inside stainless steel tubes, absorbs sensible & latent heat from passing air, vaporizes completely.

Ducted fan forces indoor air across coil fins to achieve cooling & dehumidification.

Fully compatible with original refrigeration circuit, expansion device, fan and ductwork for direct retrofit.
