Project Background: This case involves a large shipyard that needs to keep the relative humidity in the ship construction area within acceptable limits to ensure the quality of the hull structure and coatings. Dehumidifying machines were used to control the humidity in the air and provide a dry working environment to ensure the quality and safety of the ship construction.


Dehumidification System Design Parameters:

Dehumidification capacity: 2000 kg/h (under design working conditions)

Design humidity range: between 40% and 60% relative humidity

System coverage area: 5000 square metres

Working principle: refrigerant cycle refrigeration dehumidification

System control: Automatic humidity control system, adjustable humidity and temperature.
