After desorption, the high concentration of organic waste gas enters the catalytic oxidising furnace for decomposition after preheating by heat exchanger. In the catalytic oxidation furnace is heated to 250-300 ℃ organic waste gas in the precious metal catalyst under the action of flameless combustion, organic waste gas is oxidised and decomposed into CO2 and H2O, to achieve the purpose of purification.
