S60 Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger Meets Project-Specific Requirements

Brazed plate heat exchangers consist of multiple layers of metal plates, facilitating heat transfer between two media through flow channels formed between the plates. Compared to traditional heat exchange equipment, brazed plate heat exchangers offer a compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, and a small footprint, making them suitable for applications such as refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, industrial cooling, and heat recovery.

The S60 model was selected for this project, with each unit configured with 95 SS316 stainless steel plates. The SS316 material offers excellent corrosion resistance, meeting operational requirements based on specific media and environments. Final specifications—including heat transfer capacity, flow channel configuration, port layout, design pressure, design temperature, and applicable media—are determined by the technical documentation and order requirements confirmed by the client.

Standardized Production Management for an 8-Unit Batch Project

This project involves a total of eight units. Based on the confirmed model, plate count, material specifications, and relevant technical documentation, CST will execute all production stages, including material preparation, plate assembly, brazing, port installation, and quality inspection.

Utilizing a unified model and material configuration for this batch project enhances production efficiency and simplifies equipment installation, system integration, and subsequent maintenance for the client. Upon completion, the products will undergo inspections covering appearance, dimensions, port specifications, and sealing integrity in accordance with project requirements to ensure they meet delivery standards.
