Industrial finned tube air heater is the core heating component matched with open/closed spray drying tower for chemical, food, pharmacy and additive production. Using saturated steam, hot water or thermal oil as heat medium, this finned radiator continuously heats fresh makeup air and circulating air to required inlet temperature before air enters spray drying chamber. Constant hot air mixes with atomized liquid raw material inside tower to evaporate moisture rapidly and form dry powder products. Customized anti-corrosion & anti-dust fin structure adapts fine powder floating environment inside spray drying workshop, ensures stable air temperature and continuous long-cycle spray drying production.

Working Principle

Hot medium circulates inside finned tubes and releases heat; heat conducts to outer fin surfaces. Fresh air is forced by induced draft fan to flow crosswise over fin bundle and absorb heat to reach set drying temperature. High-temperature dry air enters spray drying tower, contacts atomized feed liquid droplets, quickly vaporizes water content inside raw material, finished dry powder is collected at tower bottom, and damp exhaust gas is discharged after waste heat recovery.
