Structural Features:

Large Heat Exchange Area: Features a large surface area to effectively increase the heat exchange area with frozen items, improving freezing efficiency.

Graduated Fin Spacing: Utilizes a graduated fin spacing design, which provides longer operating time between defrost cycles, reduces defrost frequency, and enhances equipment operational efficiency.

Shallow depth and continuous fin design: The evaporator's shallow depth and continuous fin design facilitate inspection and cleaning by staff, meeting the stringent hygiene requirements of the food processing industry.

Material Selection:

Tube and fin materials: Typically selected based on application requirements. Aluminum is widely used due to its excellent thermal conductivity and lightweight properties; stainless steel is chosen for applications with high food-grade hygiene standards; copper may be selected for applications requiring higher thermal performance.

Frame material: Generally made of food-grade stainless steel to ensure it does not rust in low-temperature, humid environments, does not contaminate food, and meets food safety standards.

Working principle: The refrigerant evaporates and absorbs heat within the evaporator coils, cooling the air outside the tubes to form a low-temperature airflow. The low-temperature airflow circulates within the spiral tunnel, coming into full contact with the food on the conveyor belt to remove its heat, achieving rapid freezing.

Refrigerant selection: Customers can choose based on their environmental objectives and regulatory requirements. Common options include ammonia (R717), fluorocarbon refrigerants (such as R404A or R507), and carbon dioxide as a refrigerant to meet different cooling needs and environmental requirements.

Defrosting Methods: Multiple defrosting methods are available, allowing customers to choose based on operational preferences, tolerance for freezer downtime, and hygiene requirements. Common methods include hot gas defrosting, electric defrosting, and water defrosting.

Airflow Design: Airflow design is customizable. Depending on the freezer configuration, horizontal or vertical airflow can be selected to ensure uniform freezing across the entire product surface, guaranteeing consistent quality of frozen products.
