The heat exchange area has a large margin. During the use of the finned tube in winter, due to the low flow rate of the heat medium, the inside of the coil on the fresh air side will freeze, which will damage the finned tube. The finned tubes are not handled well during the installation and piping process, so that there is water in the low point, which is easy to freeze in winter, thus cracking and damaging the finned tubes. The heat exchange area of the finned tube should not leave too much margin. And if the heating area is far away, the air cooler is placed behind the air heater, which can avoid this problem. If it is smaller than the cooling area, then the air heater can be installed alone to avoid waste.
