Hot Water Coils for Combi Condensing Hot Water Boiler

When a boiler burner is operating, the combustion of fuel (e.g. natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.) produces high temperature flue gases. These high temperature flue gases flow around the hot water coil and transfer heat to the water inside the coil by means of heat transfer. Since the temperature of the flue gas is much higher than that of the water, the heat is transferred from the high temperature flue gas side to the low temperature water side. The water circulates continuously in the coil, absorbing heat and gradually increasing in temperature to reach the required hot water temperature, which is then transported to the hot water end-use terminal.

Hot water coils are able to achieve highly efficient heat exchange through optimised structural design and the selection of suitable materials. The special shape of the coil increases the heat exchange area, enabling the heat to be quickly transferred from the flue gas to the water, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler and reducing energy waste.

For example, in hotels, to meet the hot water demand of many guest rooms, hot water coils can flexibly adjust the hot water production and temperature according to the occupancy rate and hot water use peaks and troughs.

Industrial hot water supply: In some industrial production processes, such as food processing, textile printing and dyeing industries, a large amount of hot water is required.
