H Type Remote Radiator for Caterpillar Gas Genset 1100 KW
1. Separation of high and low temperature cooling circuits
High-temperature circuits: High-temperature circuits are typically used to cool high-temperature components such as the engine block and exhaust system of a generator set. The coolant in the high-temperature cooling circuit is cooled by air in the radiator, releasing heat to the environment.
Low Temperature Circuits: Low temperature circuits are used to cool low temperature components such as turbochargers, fuel systems and air intake systems. Cryogenic cooling circuits operate at lower temperatures, but also require efficient heat dissipation.
2. Horizontal Design and Remote Installation
Horizontal design: Horizontal remote radiators are usually mounted horizontally to reduce the height of the unit for ease of transport and installation, as well as to better accommodate different installation locations.
Remote mounting: These radiators can be remotely mounted outside the main body of the genset and are usually connected to the genset through a pipework system. This design flexibility makes it suitable for restricted spaces or cooling scenarios that require special handling, such as harsh environments or places with high noise control requirements.
3. High thermal efficiency
Separate high and low temperature radiators: The high and low temperature cooling circuits exchange heat through separate radiators, which avoids cross-talk between different systems and improves the overall heat dissipation efficiency.
Large-area fin structure: The radiator is usually equipped with a large-area fin structure, which increases the contact area between the air and the coolant, thus improving the heat dissipation effect.
4. Fan Configuration and Control
Fan Configuration: Radiators are equipped with a forced air cooling fan to ensure that the air flow quickly removes heat from the radiator surface. The fan is usually driven by an electric motor and the airflow can be adjusted according to demand.
Intelligent control: Some high-end level remote radiators are equipped with an intelligent control system, which can automatically adjust the fan speed and working status according to the operating conditions of the genset, in order to achieve the best heat dissipation effect and energy consumption control.
5. Adapt to harsh environment
Anti-corrosion design: The radiators are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as aluminium alloy or stainless steel, and are specially coated to resist corrosive substances in the environment.
Anti-dust and anti-clogging: Horizontal design and fin structure make the radiator with good anti-dust ability, reducing the accumulation of dust and impurities, thus prolonging the cleaning and maintenance intervals.
6. Areas of application
Remote power supply systems: Particularly suitable for field operations, emergency power supply systems and mobile power trucks that require remote power supply, the radiator can be installed away from the generator set to reduce noise and heat impact on the operating environment.
Industrial and commercial power back-ups: Back-up power systems for industrial facilities and commercial buildings, ensuring that the genset remains stable under high loads for extended periods of time.
Offshore platforms and mining sites: In these harsh environments, horizontal remote radiators are able to withstand the harsh environmental conditions and ensure the reliability of the equipment.
