Intelligent Temperature & Humidity Control: Equipped with grain temperature sensors (inserted into the grain pile to monitor temperatures at different depths, e.g., surface, middle, and bottom layers) and in-bin temperature/humidity sensors. The PLC control system allows setting “target parameters” (e.g., wheat safe storage temperature ≤20°C, relative humidity ≤75%). The unit automatically starts/stops and adjusts fan speed, eliminating the need for manual monitoring.
Energy-Efficient Operation: Select models utilize “inverter compressors + inverter fans” that automatically adjust power output based on the temperature/humidity difference between the grain pile and target values (e.g., reduced frequency operation during small temperature differentials), achieving 20%-30% greater energy savings than fixed-frequency models.
