Finned Tube Heater for Lithium Coater Oven

Finned tube heater is mainly composed of finned tube, tube plate and other accessories. Its working principle is based on heat conduction and convection heat transfer. When the hot fluid flows through the inside of the finned tube, the heat is transferred to the fins through the finned tube wall, and the fins disperse the heat to a larger surface area for heat exchange with the cold fluid flowing outside, thus realizing the purpose of warming up or cooling down.

Structural characteristics

Fin structure: the fins are tightly fitted on the outer wall of the base tube and are usually fixed by winding or welding to increase the heat transfer area and improve the heat transfer efficiency.

Tube selection: The base tube is usually made of steel tube, stainless steel tube, etc., which has good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, and can adapt to the working environment of lithium battery production process.

Advantages

Efficient heat transfer: compared with the ordinary heating tube, the heat dissipation area can be expanded by 2-3 times, the permissible surface power load is 3-4 times that of the ordinary components, which can transfer the heat to the air inside the oven within a short period of time and improve the drying efficiency.

Fast warming: under the same power condition, finned tube heater has the characteristics of fast warming and even heat generation, which can make the temperature inside the oven reach the set value quickly, and help to improve the production efficiency of lithium battery pole piece coating.

Space saving: due to its efficient heat dissipation performance, in the limited oven space, can accommodate the total power of 2-3 times the capacity of the ultra-light tube, greatly reducing the size of the heating device, saving the space of the equipment.

Application Scenario

Mainly used in lithium battery manufacturing process coating machine oven, used to dry lithium battery paste coated on aluminum foil or copper foil, so that the solvent in the paste evaporates to form lithium battery pole piece with specific properties.
