Industrial finned tube air heater is core heating equipment specially matched for solid wood, lumber, plywood timber drying kiln. Using steam, hot water or thermal oil as heat medium, the finned tube radiator heats circulating air inside sealed drying chamber, realizes gradual dehumidification and constant-temperature drying of raw wood. Optimized wide fin gap design adapts high-humidity environment plus floating wood shavings, sawdust and bark debris inside wood workshop, stably maintain required kiln temperature and humidity to avoid wood cracking, warping and deformation during drying process. Working Principle

High-temperature heat medium flows inside finned tubes and releases heat, heat transfers quickly to outer fin surfaces. Circulation fan drives indoor air cross through fin bundle to form uniform hot air. Hot air circulates inside closed timber kiln, slowly evaporates free water inside wood lumber; damp humid air is exhausted through dehumidifying system while newly heated dry air supplements circulation to complete graded slow drying of wood.

Routine Maintenance Tips
