Industrial high-frequency welded finned tube heat exchanger is the core heating component for paper machine drying section, pulp drying room and paper coating drying tunnel in papermaking plants. Using saturated steam, hot water or thermal oil as heating medium, this finned radiator continuously heats circulating hot air to evaporate residual moisture of wet base paper after pressing. Optimized wide fin pitch and anti-corrosion structural design adapt high humidity environment plus floating paper fiber, pulp dust and volatile chemical additives inside paper workshop, keep stable drying temperature and improve finished paper flatness and quality. Widely used in kraft paper, tissue paper, cultural paper, coated paper and pulp dehydration drying production lines.

Working Principle

High-temperature heat medium flows inside finned base tubes and releases heat; heat transfers rapidly to external fin surfaces. Circulation fan pushes workshop air cross flowing over fin bundle and forms constant-temperature hot air. Hot air blows evenly onto running wet paper web, evaporates free moisture inside paper fiber; moist exhaust air is discharged after partial waste heat recovery, fresh preheated air supplements circulation to realize continuous high-speed paper drying.
