Working Principle

Refrigeration Cycle: the evaporator realizes the cooling effect through the refrigerant circulation in the refrigeration system. The refrigerant evaporates and absorbs heat in the evaporator, which lowers the temperature inside the stainless steel tube, thus transferring the heat from the air outside the tube to the refrigerant and realizing the cooling of the air.

Forced convection heat transfer: After the fan starts, the indoor or outdoor air is forced through the cooling exhaust group of the chiller. When the air flows through the stainless steel tube and stainless steel fins, due to the low-temperature effect of the refrigerant inside the tube, forced convection heat transfer occurs between the air and the tube and the fins, and the heat of the air is transferred to the refrigerant, so that the temperature of the air decreases, and the cooled air is blown by the blower to the space or equipment that needs to be cooled.
