Evaporator Freezing Unit Up To Temperature -40℃ for Freezer Room
The freezer evaporator is an important component in the refrigeration system, which is used to absorb heat from the inside of the freezer and transfer it to the refrigerant to keep the inside of the freezer at a low temperature.
The working principle of the freezer evaporator:
Refrigerant Cycle: The freezer evaporator is part of the refrigeration cycle system that includes the compressor, condenser, evaporator and throttle.
Evaporation process: As the refrigerant flows inside the evaporator, it changes from liquid to gas and absorbs heat from inside the freezer.
Heat Absorption: The air or other medium in the freezer room comes into contact with the refrigerant in the evaporator. Heat is absorbed from the air and causes the refrigerant to evaporate.
Cooling Effect: This process results in a lowering of the internal temperature of the freezing chamber, keeping it at the desired low temperature level.
Structure and characteristics of the freezer evaporator:
Coil design: the evaporator usually consists of multiple coils which flow refrigerant inside.
Surface Area: The surface area of the evaporator is usually designed to be relatively large in order to increase heat exchange efficiency.
Condensation: The refrigerant condenses inside the evaporator, thereby absorbing heat and lowering the temperature inside the freezer.
Material: Common evaporator materials include aluminum, copper or stainless steel, which have good heat transfer properties and corrosion resistance.
Internal Installation: Freezer evaporators are often designed to be built into the freezer to minimize space requirements.
Evaporators suitable for different types of freezers:
Refrigerated Freezers: Evaporators used for storing frozen foods, usually requiring lower temperature and humidity control.
Instant Freezer: Evaporators that require faster cooling rates and lower temperatures, and are usually designed to be more efficient.
Refrigerated Storage: Used to store products that do not require extremely low temperatures, evaporator designs are more focused on stable temperature control and energy efficiency.
