Dry Fluid Cooler for Closed Loop System – Waterless & Low Maintenance Cooling Solution

A dry fluid cooler is a high-efficiency air-cooled heat exchanger specially designed for industrial closed loop recirculating systems. It uses ambient air to sensibly cool circulating water, water-glycol or process fluid, without water evaporation, no open spray loss, perfectly matching closed-loop cooling demands for factories, power plants, HVAC and process chiller systems.

In a closed loop system, hot process fluid flows inside sealed finned coils of the dry fluid cooler. Axial fans force ambient air across the coil surface; heat transfers from fluid to air via sensible heat exchange. The cooled fluid circulates back to equipment in a fully closed loop, no contact between process fluid and outside air.
