Working Principle

Hot heat‑carrying media (water‑glycol mixture, process water or secondary refrigerant) from industrial refrigeration and production processes circulate into finned coil assemblies of the dry cooler. High‑efficiency axial fans force ambient air across coil surfaces to dissipate process heat into atmosphere through sensible heat transfer, without water evaporation. Cooled fluid flows back to refrigeration units or production loops, forming fully closed circulation. Adiabatic pre‑cooling module is optional for high‑ambient‑temperature sites to boost heat rejection capacity.
