Working Principle

  1. Fluid Circulation:

    • The water-glycol mixture is pumped from the immersion cooling tank through the dry cooler.

    • As the fluid passes through the coils of the dry cooler, it absorbs heat from the ambient air.

  2. Heat Exchange:

    • The heat exchanger coils are exposed to ambient air, which is drawn across the coils by fans.

    • Heat is transferred from the fluid to the air, cooling the water-glycol mixture before it returns to the immersion cooling system.

  3. Return Flow:

    • The cooled fluid is then circulated back to the immersion cooling tank, where it continues to absorb heat from the submerged components.

Applications

  • Data Centers: Effective in managing the heat generated by high-performance servers and computing equipment.

  • Industrial Cooling: Used in various industrial processes that require precise temperature control.
