A state-of-the-art cogeneration plant to meet the growing local demand for electricity and at the same time utilise waste heat for HVAC. For this project, the designers decided to use dry cooler technology to increase the efficiency of the generating units and reduce the use of water, while ensuring a stable supply of electricity even during the hot summer months.
