This project was developed to meet the equipment integration requirements of a Slovak customer. The products are customized finned steam coils. Based on the customer’s technical requirements, CST’s engineering team confirmed the coil structure, installation dimensions, tube connections, fin configuration, and overall assembly method before organizing production according to the approved technical documents.
Steam coils use the heat released by steam condensation to heat air. They are commonly used in air handling units, HVAC systems, industrial air heating, and other applications requiring a stable heat source. The exact tube diameter, number of rows, fin spacing, steam pressure, connection dimensions, and heat transfer capacity are subject to the customer-approved drawings and technical specifications.
During production, CST completed the coil processing, fin assembly, tube connection, and overall assembly according to the project requirements. After production, the products underwent the required appearance, dimensional, assembly, and quality inspections. They are now being prepared and loaded into the container.
During container loading, the products are arranged and secured according to their structure and transportation requirements. Appropriate protective measures are applied to reduce the risk of impact or movement during transportation and help ensure that the customized steam coils can be delivered safely to the customer’s site.
The successful completion and container loading of these customized steam coils for the Slovak customer demonstrate CST’s capabilities in customer requirement review, drawing confirmation, customized manufacturing, and international delivery.
