Chilled Water Dry Coil for Data Center Aisle Containment

Adopt high-temp chilled water 13℃ In /18℃ Out,supply water temp ≥ indoor air dew point +1~2℃ → coil surface never below dew point, zero condensation, no drain pan required normally.

Humidity & latent load fully undertaken by outdoor fresh air MAU unit; dry coil only removes sensible heat from server rack waste heat (IT chip, PSU heat).

Matches Hot/Cold Aisle Containment closed airflow:

Cold aisle containment: coil mounted ceiling above cold aisle, blow cool air down into rack inlet

Hot aisle containment: coil fixed at hot aisle ceiling, suck high-temp exhaust air from rack outlet for direct sensible cooling

Air temp typical: return air 32~36℃ → supply air 22~26℃ after coil cooling, ΔT≈10℃ standard.

Heat exchange tube

TP2 seamless copper tube OD9.52/12.7mm, wall≥0.45mm; optional SUS304 stainless tube for edge/chemical corrosive IDC

Fin

Hydrophilic epoxy coated aluminum fin; wide fin pitch (3.2~4.2FPI), less dust clogging for data center dusty air

Header/Manifold

Carbon steel with anti-rust coating / SUS304 stainless; full argon arc welding, factory hydraulic pressure test (1.5×WP for 24h leakage check)

Frame

Galvanized steel / SS304 frame, anti-vibration structure for ceiling suspension

Auxiliary

Auto air vent + drain valve on water inlet/outlet; optional small backup drip tray for abnormal high-humidity emergency use

Air resistance: ≤90Pa, match EC ceiling fan/FFU static pressure design

Water flow velocity: 0.9~1.5m/s, counter-flow layout to maximize sensible cooling efficiency
