Application of Biogas Heat Exchanger

Biogas heat exchanger is a kind of equipment used to realize the heat transfer between biogas and other media, which is widely used in biogas engineering, sewage treatment, agricultural waste treatment, etc. It can effectively recycle and utilize the heat energy in the biogas, improve the efficiency of energy utilization, and reduce the energy consumption and operation cost.

Applications

Biogas fermentation warming: In the process of biogas fermentation, the heat from hot water or steam is transferred to the fermentation liquid through the biogas heat exchanger to maintain the temperature required for fermentation and improve the biogas production and quality.

Waste heat recovery for biogas power generation: After the biogas engine generates electricity, the exhaust gas contains a large amount of heat energy, so the heat in the exhaust gas is recovered by using the biogas heat exchanger, and is used to preheat the biogas, heat the water, or other processes, which improves the efficiency of energy utilization.

Biogas purification process: In the process of biogas purification, the biogas needs to be cooled or heated to remove water, hydrogen sulfide and other impurities from it. Biogas heat exchanger can be used to realize the cooling or heating of biogas to ensure the purification effect.

Domestic hot water supply: The heat generated from the combustion of biogas is transferred to domestic water through the biogas heat exchanger to provide hot water for bathing, laundry, kitchen and other domestic purposes.
