All-stainless steel tube-fin heat exchanger, using steam as heat medium to heat circulating air. The full stainless steel construction delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, suitable for humid, dusty, corrosive and high-temperature working environments. Widely used in ventilation, drying, industrial heating and HVAC systems.
Working Principle
High-temperature steam flows inside stainless steel tubes and releases heat. Ambient air passes through the fin gaps, absorbing heat and becoming hot air. Cooled steam turns into condensate water and drains out from the drain port, completing the circulating heat exchange process.
Heat exchange core: Stainless steel tube + stainless steel fin (tube & fin integrated structure)
Header & manifold: Full stainless steel, welded structure
Frame & shell: Stainless steel frame, firm and durable
Connection port: Steam inlet/outlet, condensate drain port
Key Advantages
Superior corrosion resistance
Full stainless steel material resists rust, oxidation and erosion from moisture, condensate and corrosive gas, long service life.
High heat transfer efficiency
Compact tube-fin layout increases heat exchange area, realizes fast heat transfer between steam and air.
High temperature & pressure resistance
Adapt to saturated steam working conditions, stable performance under high temperature and rated pressure.
Easy cleaning & maintenance
Smooth metal surface is not easy to accumulate dust and scale, convenient for daily cleaning.
Wide adaptability
No paint peeling or material aging issues, fit for industrial workshops, food processing, chemical, marine and other harsh environments.
Application Scenarios
Industrial workshop air heating
Drying systems (food, textile, wood, chemical)
HVAC & ventilation systems
Marine & offshore air heating
Humid & corrosive working areas
