Immersion Cooling Tank: The electronic components are immersed in a dielectric liquid within a tank designed for this purpose. The liquid serves as a direct contact medium for heat dissipation.

Heat Exchange System: The heat generated by the immersed components is transferred to the cooling fluid. In an immersion cooling system, this is usually accomplished by direct contact between the fluid and the components.


Air-Cooled Condenser: To remove the heat absorbed by the cooling fluid, an air-cooled condenser is employed. This component uses fans to blow air over coils or fins containing the hot fluid, transferring the heat to the air.


Heat Rejection: The air-cooled condenser releases the heat absorbed from the immersion cooling tank into the surrounding air. This allows the cooling fluid to return to the immersion tank at a lower temperature, ready to absorb more heat from the electronic components.
