1、Before starting the work, drain the cooling water and mixed gas inside the radiator. After preheating for 5 to 10 minutes, then officially work.

   2, with steam for the heat medium should be careful not to use overpressure.

   3、When the fan stops or in case of other accidents, the supply of heat medium should be stopped immediately; when the radiator stops working before it should stop feeding cold air.

   4、The general use pressure of the heat exchanger is 16kg/cm2 and the maximum temperature is 300℃. When the incoming air temperature is below the freezing point, the steam pressure in the radiator should not be less than 0.35kg/cm2.

   5、The economic weight flow rate of air in the radiator ranges from 4 to 10kg/㎡.s.

   6、The radiator should be equipped with a running air valve at the cover of the radiator. According to the use of different heat media, its installation position is different, when using high temperature water placed on the upper cover. To discharge the air in the cavity of the radiator, to improve the effectiveness of heat release.

   7、No corrosive media should be used.

   8、After the radiator has finished working, the cold water in it should be released, and in order to prevent freezing, the radiator with hot water should be used with a small amount of hot water to continue to circulate in the radiator cavity.
