Successful Operation of Flue Gas Condenser

Vrcoolertech supplied a flue gas condenser to a Polish company for a 2*10 m² shaft furnace desulphurisation, wet power upgrade and whitening project.

The flue gas cooler is installed after the desulphurisation tower, the flue gas outlet temperature of the desulphurisation tower is about 53℃, the circulating water is cooled by the cooling tower and then enters into the condenser under the effect of circulation, the water temperature increases; on the other side of the condenser, the flue gas temperature decreases from 53℃ to 48℃ (in summer), or 45℃ (in winter). It plays a role in reducing the content of water vapour in the flue gas and achieves the good effect of flue gas de-whitening.
