Steam Radiators in Fabric Setting Machines
The steam radiator of the sizing machine is a specialised equipment for heat dissipation and temperature regulation. It is an indispensable part of the sizing machine, which radiates heat from the machine through the steam circulation system to maintain the working temperature inside the oven to achieve the process requirement of fabric sizing.
The steam radiator of the sizing machine usually consists of finned tubes of seamless steel rolled aluminium tubes with good thermal conductivity, which can effectively conduct the heat from the steam to the surface of the radiator, and also has the ability to withstand medium and high pressure steam pressure.
When the sizing machine is in operation, steam enters the radiator through a series of pipes. The heat in the steam is conducted to the surface of the radiator and subsequently dissipated into the surrounding air. In this way, the temperature of the sizer is maintained within a suitable range by the circulation of steam.
Steam radiators play an important role in fabric sizing machines. Fabric shaping is the process of changing the arrangement and shape of fibres in a textile through heat treatment to achieve the desired size, feel, appearance and other characteristics. Steam radiators are used in fabric shaping machines to provide a steady flow of heat to help the fabric achieve the desired shape and properties.
