High-quality Copper Tube Fins Heat Exchanger for HVAC Systems


Copper tube fins heat exchangers are widely used in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.


Structure: It consists of copper tubes with fins attached to the exterior surface.

Working Principle: The fluid (such as refrigerant, hot water, etc.) flows inside the copper tubes. Heat is transferred from the fluid to the inner wall of the copper tubes by convection. Due to the high thermal conductivity of copper, the heat quickly spreads to the outer surface of the tubes and then to the fins. The fins increase the surface area, enhancing the heat transfer between the tube and the surrounding air. The heat is finally dissipated into the air by convection, achieving the purpose of heat exchange.


Applications

Residential HVAC: Widely used in room air conditioners (RACs), including window units and split - system evaporators. They are also used in C - shaped outdoor condensers and A - coil evaporators in ducted systems. In addition, they can be found in residential furnaces, hot water baseboards, or air handlers for heating.

Commercial HVAC: Applied in packaged terminal air conditioners (PTACs) for light commercial applications and large commercial rooftop condensers for office buildings. They are also used in rooftop units, duct heaters, or radiant heating systems in commercial buildings such as malls and warehouses.
