Plate Heat Exchanger

Advantages:

High Heat Transfer Efficiency: The plates are stamped with corrugated patterns, which can increase the turbulence of the fluid and greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient. Disadvantages: The allowable pressure and temperature range are relatively limited, and it is not suitable for occasions with extremely high pressure and temperature. Titanium Heat Exchanger

Advantages:

High Heat Transfer Efficiency: Titanium has good thermal conductivity, which can ensure efficient heat transfer and quickly cool the water in the water bath.

Disadvantages: High cost, relatively complex manufacturing process, and strict requirements on welding and processing technology.

Application Scenarios: It is often used in high-end equipment cooling, marine environment applications, and some chemical reaction equipment that requires high corrosion resistance. For the 2000L water bath in a more demanding environment, a titanium heat exchanger can be considered.
