High Temperature Radiator

Function: Mainly used for cooling high temperature coolant or gas, such as engine cooling water or exhaust gas.

Principle of operation: Removes excess heat by exchanging heat between the coolant or gas and an external cooling medium, such as seawater or air.

Design: High-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials are often used to ensure reliable operation in high-temperature environments.

Application: Suitable for high power gas generator sets, can effectively reduce the engine temperature and improve the efficiency of power generation.

Low Temperature Radiator

Function: Used to cool coolant at lower temperatures, usually after the high temperature radiator for secondary cooling.

Working Principle: Through the heat exchange with the low temperature cooling medium, further reduce the temperature of the coolant, to ensure that the various components of the system in the appropriate temperature range of operation.

Design: The design generally takes into account the efficiency of heat exchange at low temperatures and the choice of materials.

Application: Often used in conjunction with high temperature radiators to maintain overall temperature control of the generator set.
