Cold Room Evaporator: the air is forced to flow, composed of cooling heat exchanger tube, axial fan and other components, heat exchange is large, can quickly reduce the temperature of the warehouse, suitable for goods in and out of the frequent, high requirements for the speed of cooling walk-in freezer.
Structural components
Cooling heat exchanger tube: the refrigerant flows in the tube and exchanges heat with the air outside the tube through the tube wall to realize air cooling.
Axial fan: Promote air circulation in the freezer, so that the air is constantly cooled through the cooling heat exchanger pipe to ensure uniform temperature inside the warehouse.
Liquid distributor: The refrigerant entering the chiller is evenly distributed to each heat exchanger tube to ensure the same cooling effect of each tube.
Frost melting device: because of the low temperature of the evaporator surface, the refrigeration will be frost, frost melting device can be regularly defrosted, such as the common electric frost melting device.
Water catching tray: collect the water generated when defrosting and discharge the water out of the chiller.
